General restrictions on offers

1. To claim the offer, you must be over 18 years of age and have accepted our General Terms and Conditions.

2. Unless otherwise specified, the bonus will be automatically credited to your account and reflected in your bonus balance, once you have met all the requirements.

3. Any winnings from bonus spins are credited as bonus funds and subject to wagering and withdrawal requirements (35 times bonus amount). Unless otherwise specified above, each set of bonus spins credited as part of an Offer will have a cap on potential winnings of €100.

4. To convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash, you must satisfy the bonus wagering requirement. Unless otherwise specified above this is equivalent to 35 times the value of the bonus funds plus the cash deposit used to claim your bonus, and both cash and bonus funds contribute towards the fulfilment of your bonus wagering requirement.

5. Games contribute differently to the fulfilment of the wagering requirement. You may find the list of games and their respective contribution towards the wagering requirement here.

6. Any bonus funds not wagered in accordance with the offer wagering requirement within 30 days of being credited will expire and be removed from your account.

7. Any bonus spins not used within 10 days of being credited will expire and be removed from your account.

8. Any cash spins not used within 10 days of being credited will expire and be removed from your account.

9. Any cash funds, cashback or cash winnings credited as part of an offer are immediately withdrawable.

10. The maximum bet you can place while a bonus is active on your account is £5 or currency equivalent. Should you wager higher than this amount, we reserve the right to void any associated winnings and remove them from your account.

11. Only one offer is awarded per account per player. We have the right to suspend this offer if you are in breach of this clause.

Additional Terms

1. Bonus funds can’t be withdrawn until you have met all of these requirements above.

2. The minimum withdrawal from your cash funds is €10.
